Plain English, not legalese
The agreement between you and IPTV Boreal. We have written it to be read, not to be skipped — because terms you did not understand are terms you did not really agree to.
Last updated: July 2026
By purchasing, accessing or using IPTV Boreal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or use this service. By subscribing you confirm that you are.
IPTV Boreal provides an IPTV subscription and the login credentials to access it — a server URL, a username and a password. That is the product.
We do not provide the player application. Our credentials work with a range of third-party apps (IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player, GSE and others). Those apps are made by other companies. We will help you configure one, but we do not own, control or guarantee them, and their developers can change or break them without telling us.
We also do not provide your internet connection or your hardware. Both materially affect your experience and both are outside our control.
Your subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence for your own household, limited to the number of simultaneous streams (“lines”) you purchased. You may install the app on as many of your own devices as you like; the line count limits how many can play at once.
You may not:
Breach of this section means immediate termination without refund. We monitor for credential sharing far beyond a plan's line count, because it degrades the service for everyone paying honestly.
IPTV is a lawful technology — it delivers television over the internet rather than a cable line. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws in your own jurisdiction, including copyright and broadcasting law.
We are a service provider. We do not host or stream content on our own servers. Our full position, including copyright and DMCA procedure, is set out in our Disclaimer, and we recommend you read it rather than assume.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver you a working service, you get your money back; we do not refund change-of-mind after delivery, which is exactly why we offer a free trial first.
Picture quality and stability depend on things we do not control: your internet connection, your local network, your device and your player app.
As a guide, 25 Mbps handles HD comfortably and 50 Mbps handles 4K. We recommend a wired connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal for the main TV. Streaming over a congested or throttled connection will buffer regardless of who provides the service, and the free trial exists so you can confirm your own line copes before paying.
Channel lineups and on-demand libraries change. Providers add, rename, move and drop channels, and we do not control that. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event or title will remain available for the duration of your subscription, and changes to a lineup are not grounds for a refund.
What we do commit to is keeping the overall service comprehensive and adding new content weekly.
We target 99.9% uptime and we take it seriously. We will not claim 100% — nobody can honestly offer that. Maintenance, upstream provider issues and occasional outages happen.
If we suffer a prolonged outage and cannot restore service within 7 days, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.
You do not need a VPN to use our service, and we do not require one. If you choose to use one, be aware it can reduce your speed and introduce buffering, and that a poorly-chosen server location can make things worse rather than better. Performance issues caused by a VPN are not grounds for a refund.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — particularly your email address, which is how your subscription is delivered. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an address that was typed incorrectly.
We may suspend or terminate an account, without refund, where there is credential sharing well beyond the purchased line count, re-streaming or resale, fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse, or an attack on our infrastructure.
You may stop using the service at any time. Since there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel — you simply do not renew.
All trademarks, logos and brand names shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any network, broadcaster, league or studio. See the Disclaimer for the full position.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Boreal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will not make material changes quietly.
If any part of this does not make sense, ask us. Terms you did not understand are not terms you really agreed to.
