We collect as little as possible
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you get it deleted. No 4,000 words of legalese designed to make you stop reading.

What we do not collect: we do not store your full card number — payments are handled by the payment processor, and we never see the complete details. We also do not log what you watch on the service.
Each piece of data has a job. If it does not have one, we should not be holding it.
Cookies are small text files your browser stores. We use them for two things: keeping the site working (remembering your session and preferences) and analytics (understanding how the site is used, in aggregate).
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns. It sets cookies and processes data on Google's infrastructure under their own privacy terms.
You are in control. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not break the site. Blocking all cookies may affect how some pages behave.
A short list, deliberately:
We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers or any other third party. There is no exception to this, and we are not going to bury one in a later clause.
The site runs over HTTPS with HSTS enforced, sits behind Cloudflare, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do support.
An honest caveat: no method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure, and anyone who tells you their system is unbreachable is selling something. We take reasonable, current measures to protect your data — we cannot promise the impossible.
We keep your data for as long as you are a customer and for as long afterwards as we are legally required to retain transaction records. Support conversations are kept while they are useful for helping you, then deleted. We do not hoard data indefinitely for its own sake.
Wherever you are, and particularly under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can:
Email us and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason or justify the request.
Our site links to other places, and our service works with third-party player apps we do not control. Once you leave our site or open someone else's app, their privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for what they collect.
This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
Want to know what we hold, or want it deleted? Just ask — we will not make it difficult.
