It works, or you don’t pay

Refund Policy

Exactly when you get your money back, and when you do not. Written plainly, so there are no surprises after you have paid.

The short version

  • Try it free first. We give you a 24-hour trial precisely so you can test the service on your own devices and internet before you spend anything.
  • If we cannot deliver a working service, you get a full refund. That is our side of the deal, and we honour it.
  • We do not refund change-of-mind after delivery. This is a digital product — once your credentials are sent, they cannot be un-sent. That is why the free trial exists.

1. Test the service before you buy

We offer a free 24-hour trial to every potential customer, and we would rather you used it. It costs you nothing and it answers the only questions that actually matter:

  • Do the channels you care about actually work?
  • Is the stream stable on your internet, at your peak hour?
  • Does it run properly on your device and player app?

If the answer to any of those is no, you simply do not buy — and it has cost you nothing. Our support team will help you set the trial up, so you get a fair test rather than a broken one.

2. When you are entitled to a full refund

We stand behind the part of this that we control: delivering you a working service. You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Your credentials were never delivered. If you paid and never received a working login, and we cannot resolve it, you get your money back.
  • The service never worked at all. If your subscription does not start and we cannot fix it, that is on us.
  • A prolonged outage on our side. If our servers go down and we cannot restore service within 7 days, we will refund you.
  • You were charged twice. Duplicate payments are refunded in full, no questions asked.

We will not hide behind fine print here. If you paid us and we did not give you a working service, you have not received what you bought. Contact us and we will make it right.

3. When a refund is not available

Being straight with you is more useful than being vague. Refunds are not available in these cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery. Your login credentials are a digital product delivered instantly. Once sent, they cannot be recovered — which is exactly why we insist you take the free trial first.
  • Problems with your own internet connection. If your line cannot sustain the stream, no provider can fix that. Test it during the trial.
  • Device or player-app incompatibility. We support a wide range of devices and will help you configure yours, but we cannot refund because a particular third-party app behaves badly.
  • Changes to individual channels. Channel lineups shift — providers add, rename and drop channels. We cannot guarantee any specific channel permanently, and this is not grounds for a refund.
  • Violating our terms. Accounts terminated for re-streaming, resale without a reseller agreement, or credential sharing beyond the purchased line count are not refunded.

4. Talk to us before you ask for a refund

Not because we want to talk you out of it — because most “it does not work” problems are fixable in minutes, and a fixed service is better for you than a refund.

In our experience the cause is almost always one of three things: the player app rather than the subscription, a typo in copied login details, or a setting on the device. Message us on live chat or WhatsApp and we will work through it with you. If it turns out we genuinely cannot deliver, we will refund you — we would rather do that than have you stuck with something that does not work.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us through any of the channels on our contact page — live chat, WhatsApp or email. To speed things up, include:

  • The email address you used at checkout, and your order number.
  • What went wrong, and what you have already tried.
  • The device and player app you are using.

We review every request. If it qualifies, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Timing: once approved, refunds are processed promptly on our side, but your bank or card issuer can take up to 14 days to show it on your statement. That delay is theirs, not ours.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you are owed a refund, please come to us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us means a dispute process that takes weeks and helps nobody — whereas a message to support usually resolves it the same day. Accounts subject to a chargeback are suspended pending review.
